Laura Neal, Pastry Chef/ Co-owner -- Laura is a co-owner of Lalee's, Inc. and a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the Baking and Pastry Arts program at Johnson and Wales University in Charleston, SC.  Before opening LaLee's, Inc. she worked as a pastry chef at the Biltmore House in Asheville, NC, and at Lomo Grill and as a pastry chef/caterer at the Herren House Bed & Breakfast in Waynesville, NC.

Don Neal, Co-Owner -- Don is a co-owner of LaLee's, Inc. and a Geology Professor at East Carolina University where he has been a member of the faculty for twenty-nine years.  He also bakes part-time.

Mary Adams, Co-Owner -- Mary is a co-owner of LaLee's, Inc. and is enrolled in the Culinary Arts Program at Lenoir Community College.
